Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilkokul yöneticilerinin ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin değerler eğitimi tutumlarının ne düzeyde olduğu ve çeşitli değişkenlere göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını incelemektir. Çalışmada sınıf öğretmenlerinin ve ilkokul yöneticilerinin tutumları mevcut şekliyle belirlemek amaçlandığı için betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul’un Avrupa yakasında bulunan devlet okullarında ve özel okullarda görev yapmakta olan sınıf öğretmenleri ve ilkokul yöneticileri, örneklemini ise Bağcılar, Bahçelievler ve Bakırköy ilçelerinde bulunan devlet okullarında ve özel okullarda görev yapan 337 sınıf öğretmeni ve 107 ilkokul yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada “Değerler Eğitimi Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucundan elde edilen verilere göre; sınıf öğretmenlerinin değerler eğitimine yönelik tutumlarının olumlu olduğu, yaşa, cinsiyete, medeni duruma, okulda çalıştığı süreye, eğitim düzeyine ve görev yaptıkları ilçeye göre değişkenlik göstermediği, mesleki kıdeme göre ise; 1-10 yıl arası kıdeme sahip öğretmenlerin değerler eğitimine yönelik tutumlarının diğer gruplara göre daha yüksek olduğu, özel okullarda çalışan sınıf öğretmenlerinin tutumlarının devlet okulunda çalışan sınıf öğretmenlerinden daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. İlkokul yöneticilerinin ise değerler eğitimine yönelik tutumlarının sınıf öğretmenlerine göre daha olumlu olduğu, cinsiyete, medeni duruma, eğitim düzeyine, görev yaptıkları okul türüne ve görev yaptıkları ilçeye göre değişkenlik göstermediği, yaşa göre 22-30 yaş arası ilkokul yöneticilerinin tutumlarının diğer yaş gruplarına göre daha olumlu olduğu, mesleki kıdeme göre 1-10 ve 11-15 arası mesleki kıdeme sahip ilkokul yöneticilerinin değerler eğitimine yönelik tutumlarının diğerlerine göre daha yüksek olduğu, okuldaki çalışma süresine göre ise 1-5 yıl arası görev yapan ilkokul yöneticilerinin değerler eğitimine yönelik tutumlarının diğer gruplara göre daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to explore the level of values educational attitudes of primary school managers and classmates and whether they differ according to the various variables. In the study, a visual scan model was used as it was intended to determine the attitudes of classmates and primary school managers in the current way. The universe of study is made up of class teachers and primary school managers who are working in the public schools and private schools located on the European side of Istanbul in the 2017-2018 educational year, and the sample is made up of 337 class teachers and 107 primary school managers who are working in the public schools and private schools located in the districts of Bağcılar, Bahçelievler and Bakırköy. The study used the “Values Education Attitude Scale”. According to the results of the study, the conclusion was that class teachers’ attitudes towards the education of values are positive, that age, gender, civil status, time they work in the school, level of education and the district in which they work, and that according to the occupational status, the attitudes of teachers with 1-10 years of attitude towards the education of values are higher than the other groups, that the attitudes of class teachers working in private schools are higher than the attitudes of class teachers working in the state school. The result was that the attitudes of the primary school managers towards the education of values were more positive than the class teachers, that their attitudes towards the education of values were higher than the other, that their attitudes towards the education of values were higher than the other, that their attitudes towards the education of values were higher than the other, that their attitudes towards the education of values were higher than the other, that their attitudes towards the education of values were higher than the other, that their attitudes towards the education of values were higher than the other, that their attitudes towards the education of values were higher than the other, that their attitudes towards the education of values were higher than the other, that their attitudes towards the education of values were higher than the other, that their attitudes towards the education of values were higher than the other.
