Abstract:

The research aims to identify the opinions of scientists candidates on creativity in science teaching and the perceptions of self-sufficiency for preparing and applying creative thinking activities. The opinions and perceptions of teaching candidates were also studied based on different independent variables and the activities aimed at developing the creative thinking that teaching candidates recommended for primary school students. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, the candidates for science teachers have determined the importance of creative thinking in the teaching of science, that the activities aimed at creative thinking in the teaching of science and the different teaching methods for the development of creative thinking can be included, that the products produced as a result of creative thinking activities should be evaluated. It is believed that teachers candidates consider themselves more adequate in terms of preparation and design to implement activities aimed at creative thinking.
