So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Recently, the concepts of organizational silence and burnout have been the concepts that have been frequently expressed and studied in work relations. Burnout and organizational silence are concepts affecting each other, as well as affecting concepts on their own such as job satisfaction within the organizational structure, belonging, and loyalty. Organizations need to give importance to both concepts in order to function in a healthy way and to improve themselves. Organizations need to achieve the highest level of productivity in the staff and managerial area in order to be able to sustain their competitiveness and improve their organization. For this reason, the fact that employees in structural regulation participate in the organizational fields and adopt organizational culture is brought to the forefront. In this study, burnout and organizational silence levels of tourism workers were measured and the relationship between them has been studied. Survey method was used in the research and silence and burnout model surveys were applied to 264 tourism workers. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS program. As a result of the study, the relationship between organizational silence and burnout was found in emotional exhaustion, which is the sub dimension of burnout. Relational results were obtained regarding the structural nature of organizational silence. There is a positive relationship between emotional exhaustion and depersonalization as a result of the analyzes made, while there is a negative relationship between personal success and emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. According to the results, there is also a strong positive relationship between the sub-dimensions of organizational silence
