So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?

SİVİL TOPLUM KURULUŞLARINDA KIYASLAMA: YÖNETİCİ VE ÜYE PERSPEKTİFİ

Abstract:

Araştırmanın temel amacı, sivil toplum kuruluşlarında kıyaslamanın yönetsel süreçler, kazanım ve yöntem faktörleri kapsamında, yönetici ve üye perspektifi/algıları açısından değerlendirilmesidir. Bu konuda hazırlanan anket formu Eylül 2011-Haziran 2013 tarihleri arasında İzmir ilinde 93 STK kapsamında 157 bireye (109 yönetici ve 48 üye/gönüllü) uygulanmıştır. Her bir faktör ileri düzeyde önemli bulunmuştur. Yönetsel süreçler faktörü için yöneticilerin, kazanım ve yönetim faktörleri için ise üyelerin/gönüllülerin daha fazla pozitif görüşe sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yönetsel süreçler ve kazanım faktörleri arasında genel, yönetici ve düz üye kapsamında pozitif yönde ve orta düzeyde bir ilişkiye rastlanmıştır
