Bu çalışmanın amacı, TRB1 (Malatya, Elazığ, Tunceli, Bingöl) bölgesinde faaliyet göstermekte olan dört ve beş yıldızlı otel işletmeleri işgörenlerinin örgütsel sinizm algıları ve işe yabancılaşma eğilimleri arasındaki ilişki ve etki düzeyini tespit etmektir. Çalışmada örgütsel sinizm ve işe yabancılaşma ile ilgili alanyazın taraması yapılmış olup otel işletmeleri işgörenlerindeki örgütsel sinizm algıları ve işe yabancılaşma eğilimleri arasındaki ilişkisinin ve etkisinin ölçülmesi amacıyla söz konusu otel işletmeleri işgörenlerine anket uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılan anket formu, geçerliliği ve güvenilirliği araştırmacı tarafından test edilmiş ölçeklerden elde edilmiş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Söz konusu anket, 393 işgörene uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda örgütsel sinizm ile işe yabancılaşma arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki ve etki tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to identify the relationship and level of influence between the organizational sinism perceptions of the four and five-star hotel enterprises operating in the TRB1 (Malta, Elazığ, Tunceli, Bingöl) region and the tendencies of foreigning to work. In the study, the scan of the area related to organizational sinism and employment alienation was carried out; the hotel enterprises were applied to the employers for the purpose of measuring the relationship and impact between the organizational sinism perceptions in their employers and the trends of employment alienation. The survey form used as a data collection tool in this study, validity and reliability is obtained from scales tested by the researcher and consists of three sections. The survey was carried out in 393 cases. The research has found a positive relationship and impact between organizational sinism and employment alienation.
The aim of the thesis is pointing out the organizational cynicism perception and to define the level and relations between work alienation tendencies of personals of four and five star business hotel in the region of TRB1 (Malatya, Elazığ, Tunceli and Bingöl). In the research, after a detailed literature review, an applied methodology was used to measure the effects of all variables by using survey forms; and validity and reliability of it has been provided by scales tested by the researcher, including three parts that have been given to 393 staffs of the hotels of the region TRB1. As a result of the research, a positive relationship between organizational cynicism and work alienation was clearly defined out.
