Değer, toplumsal kuralların insan davranışlarını yönlendiren boyutudur. Toplum içerisinde doğan birey, çevresinin oluşturduğu kültürel dünyadan etkilenir ve davranışlarını ona göre şekillendirir. Her bireyden, özelde içine doğmuş olduğu kültür ortamının değerlerini, genelde ise evrensel olarak kabul edilmiş değerleri benimsemesi beklenir. Bu durum değer kavramının toplumun yeni üyelerine nasıl kazandırılacağı sorusunu da beraberinde getirir. Bazen birey, çevresinde olup bitenlerden bu değerleri kazanırken bazen de değer kazandırma süreci eğitimle tamamlanır. Bu eğitimin belli bir sistemle yapılması, değer olarak kabul edilen davranış ve durumlar üzerinde toplumsal uzlaşıya varılması gerekliliğini doğurur. Türk eğitim sisteminde değerler eğitiminin başta Türkçe dersi olmak üzere Sosyal Bilgiler, Hayat Bilgisi gibi derslerin içeriğiyle yapılması söz konusudur. Ayrıca çocuk edebiyatı ürünlerinde, yazarlardan değerler eğitimini göz önünde bulundurarak yazmaları beklenmektedir. Günümüzde çocukları hedef kitle olarak kabul eden pek çok yazar vardır. Bu yazarlardan bazıları eserlerini değerler eğitimi açısından oldukça zengin bir içerikle oluşturmaktadır. Bu yazarlardan biri de Mustafa Ruhi Şirin’dir. Yazarın çocuk edebiyatına kazandırdığı şiirleri, sanat masalları, mektupları ve hikâyeleri araştırmacılar tarafından incelenmiş ve eserlerin içerdiği eğitsel iletiler tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada Mustafa Ruhi Şirin’in eserlerindeki eğitsel iletilerin incelendiği tezlerde araştırmacıların iletilere ulaşmada kullandıkları yöntem ve aynı eserle ilgili ulaşılan iletiler doküman analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiş ve betimsel analiz yöntemiyle yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda araştırmacıların iletilere ulaşmada okuyup özetleme yolunu tercih ettiği, farklı araştırmacıların Şirin’in aynı eserinden çıkardığı iletilerin, çoğunlukla aynı olmasına rağmen, zaman zaman farklılaştığı görülmüştür. Bu çalışmanın amacı değer ve ileti kavramlarının belli bir sistem dâhilinde ele alınıp alınmadığını ve aynı eserden çıkarılan iletilerin araştırmacıların bakış açılarına göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını tespit etmektir.
Value is the dimension of social rules that direct human behavior. The individual born within society is influenced by the cultural world in which the environment is formed and shapes his behavior according to it. It is expected that each individual adopts the values of the cultural environment in which he is specifically born, and generally universally accepted values. This situation also brings the question of how the concept of value will be awarded to the new members of the society. Sometimes the individual gains these values from what happens around him, and sometimes the process of gaining value is completed by training. The need for this education with a certain system is to reach a social consensus on the behavior and circumstances that are regarded as values. In the Turkish education system, the value education is mainly about the content of courses such as Social Information, Life Knowledge, including Turkish lessons. Also in children's literature products, writers are expected to write with regard to the education of values. Today, there are many writers who accept children as a target audience. Some of these writers create their works with a very rich content in terms of values education. One of these writers is Mustafa Ruhi Şirin. The poems, art stories, letters and stories the author has given to children’s literature have been studied by researchers and the educational messages that the works contain have been identified. In this study, the teachings in which the educational messages in the works of Mustafa Ruhi Shirin are studied in the theses the method that the researchers use in accessing the messages and the messages obtained in relation to the same work are analyzed by the method of document analysis and interpreted by the method of visual analysis. At the end of the study, the researchers preferred the way of reading and summarizing in accessing messages, the messages that different researchers extracted from the same work of Shirin, although they were mostly the same, were different from time to time. The purpose of this study is to identify whether the values and communication concepts are addressed within a specific system and whether the messages extracted from the same work differ according to the researchers' points of view.
