So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?

Abstract:

It was aimed in this study to determine self-perception of managers; how they see themselves in various aspects comparing their qualifications with those of others. In this respect, a research was carried out on 232 managers in 198 industrial organizations in 15 cities. In order to collect data from the subjects, Social Comparison Scale was used. Besides, in order to determine some features of the subjects, a Personal Information Form prepared by the researchers was also used. According to data obtained from Social Comparison Scale, managers were classified to one of the groups negative unstable or positive determining the unstable negative or positive self-perceptions of them. The results were discussed to what extent the classification is correct and which variables are effective in differentiation of these groups, by examining with progressive and non-progressive Discriminant Analysis
