So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Bu makalenin temel amacı, refah devleti bağlamında Federal Almanya Cumhuriyeti'nde yaşlılara yönelik temel hakları tartışmak ve açıklamaktır. Bu amaca varmak için öncelikle refah ve refah devleti kavramları açıklanmış ve tanımlanmıştır. Daha sonra Almanya refah devleti ve Almanya’da hak kavramı tartışılmıştır. İlave olarak, Almanya’da yaşlıları güvenceye alan temel haklar incelenmiştir. Genel olarak Almanya’nın sistemsel açıdan bir bütün olarak değerlendirildiğinde yaşlı bakımı ve hakları açısından mevcutlar içerisinde örnek bir refah devleti olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
