Abstract:

Çalışma, mesleki bağlılığın örgütsel bağlılık (duygusal, devamlılık ve normatif bağlılık) ve örgütten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişkileri ne yönde etkilediğini ortaya çıkarmak ve örgütten ayrılma niyetinin farklı tiplerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan veriler Bursa’da otomotiv sektöründe faaliyet gösteren orta ölçekli yan sanayi işletmelerinde çalışan beyaz yakalı personelden oluşmuştur. Elde edilen veri grubuna güvenilirlik analizi, faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ve düzenleyici değişkenli çoklu regresyon analizi uygulanmış ve mevcut durum açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.
