So many results that aren't mine?

References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

TCK.nun 81. maddesinde düzenlenen kasten öldürme ile ilgili olan çalışmamız; bir suç tipinin incelenmesinde esas alınan bilimsel usuller dikkate alınarak hazırlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle 765 sayılı TCK'daki hükümler, korunan hukuki değer ve mukayeseli hukuk incelenmiş daha sonra da yeni TCK.nun esas aldığı suç teorisine göre, inceleme konusu suçun unsurları, suçun özel görünüş şekilleri, kusurluluğu etkileyen haller ve yaptırım konusunda bilgiler verilmiştir.
