So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

 FIDIC Uluslar arası İnşaat Sözleşmeleri müteahhit ve iş sahibi arasındaki dengeyi iyi bir şekilde tesis eden ve bu niteliğiyle birçok uluslar arası projelerde uygulanan standart sözleşme metinleridir. Bu makalede bu sözleşme şartlarından müteahhidin sözleşmeyi fesih hakkına ilişkin hükümler incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme yapılırken sözleşmeye uygulanan hukukun Türk Hukuku olması durumunda uygulayıcıların bu sözleşme hükümlerini Türk Borçlar Kanunu hükümleri ile birlikte nasıl uygulaması gerektiğine de temas edilmiş, dolayısıyla mukayeseli bir metot takip edilmiştir.
