Abstract:

This research was carried out in the screening model. Research is limited to class teachers in 7 districts connected to the province of Konya, 49 primary schools; class teachers in classes 2, 3, 4 and 5. The survey developed for the study, applied to 244 participants. Percentage and frequency are used. The findings found that one-quarter of the classmates involved in the research found themselves insufficient in Turkish teaching, three-quarter of the schools they graduated found themselves insufficient in Turkish teaching, the methods known and applied as the Turkish teaching method, "Question-Response", "Drama" and "Right Talk" methods. The participants pointed out the important feature of the methods to be used in the Turkish course as: "Augment of students' participation in the course". Based on the results of the research, it is recommended that classmates are supported by service training on Turkish teaching methods.
