So many results that aren't mine?

Fehîm-i Kadîm’e Mâl Edilen Bir Atasözleri Kitapçığı: Durûb-ı Emsâl-i Türkî

Abstract:

The first examples of the proverbs we coincided in the orhun monuments which are accepted as the oldest written source of turkish language. These epigraphs contain the experiences that our nation lived through for centuries and advices that would be transfered to the next generations. The writter of these laconic words are unknown. Proverbs usually take place in the Islamic era turkish literatüre such as Divanü lügatıt türk and Kutadgu Bilig. From 15.century they were use by not only Anatolian region poets and writters in he literary Works but at the same time they were compiled as privte Works. Most of these compilements compilers and time are unknown but some of them are gathered by Ottoman poets ad writters. (Cemâlî, Mustafa Nedîm, Hıfzî, Müstakimzâde etc.) The topic of this article is constitude of Fehîm-i Kadîm who is among the first represantatives of sebki hindi movement of anatolian region and prominent figüre of 17 century turkish literature. The compliment includes approximately 700 proverb, motto, epigram expressions of prayer, curse and bewilderment. However we do not have any record about whether fehimi kadim gathered the compliment. The only data we have that the known unique ditto is in the Nadir Eserler Library of İstanbul University in TY 2932 the last part of the Fehîm-i Kadîm corpus. In this research the work named Durûb-ı Emsâl-i Türkî, in which there is too much obscene language and some part is in arabic and persian language, will be examined. Also proverbs will be classified and transcriptional texts will be listed in alphabetic line
