So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Abstract Bu çalışmanın sorunsalı hemşirelerde mesleki bağlılık düzeyinin örgütsel özdeşleşme ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisi ile mesleki bağlılığın işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisinde özdeşleşmenin aracı rolünün olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Araştırma kapsamında veriler Gaziantep’ de bulunan kamu hastanelerinde çalışan 428 ve özel hastanelerde çalışan 239 hemşireden toplanmıştır.  Yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile yapılan analiz sonucunda; normatif mesleki bağlılığın özdeşleşmeyi pozitif anlamlı etkilediği, duygusal mesleki bağlılığın, normatif mesleki bağlılığın ve özdeşleşmenin işten ayrılma niyetini negatif anlamlı etkilediği, normatif mesleki bağlılığın işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisinde özdeşleşmenin aracı rolünün bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.
