Bu çalışmada proje bazlı endüstriyel mutfak ürünleri yapan ve ürün gamında yüzlerce ana ürün ve binlerce yarı mamul bulunan bir firmada malzeme ihtiyaç planlaması yazılımına işlerlik kazandırılması için yapılan faaliyetler vaka analizi yoluyla incelenmiştir. Pek çok şirket bu tür yazılımları kullanmak için başarısız teşebbüslerde bulunabilmektedir, bu durumda sistemi yeni baştan kurmak daha da zahmetli olup veri ve üretim kaybına neden olabilmektedir. Ancak incelenen firmada başlangıçta gerçekleştirilen ideal olmayan kodlamaların bu kayıplar olmadan nasıl işler hale getirildiği ve hatta standart yapıya göre çok daha hızlı ve verimli bir hale getirildiği örneklerle ortaya koyulmuştur.
In this study, the activities carried out in a company with hundreds of main products and thousands of semi-products based on the project-based industrial kitchen products were studied through case analysis to operate the material needs planning software. Many companies may have failed attempts to use such software, in which case it is even more difficult to reinstall the system and can lead to data and production losses. However, the company examined was shown with examples of how unideal coding initially was done without these losses and even made much faster and more efficient than the standard structure.
