Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine perceptions of private education center teachers concerning organizational trust and organizational citizenship behaviors. The study also attempted to determine the relationship between the organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior. The data of the research were gathered with “Organizational Trust Scale” and “Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale”. The sample of the research consists of 200 teachers working in private education centers at the center of the city of Kütahya. Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were used in data analysis. According to the results, it was determined that private education center teachers had a “medium level” trust level and organizational citizenship behavior. There were no relationships between the teachers' views about organizational citizenship behavior and organizational trust, trust in colleagues, trust in shareholders, and trust in administrators.
