This research was conducted to determine the relationship between teachers' levels of finding their work meaningful and their levels of showing organizational citizenship behavior. In this quantitative research, descriptive survey model and correlational research model were used. The universe of the research consists of 9,443 teachers working in state-owned primary, middle and secondary schools in Dulkadiroğlu and Onikişubat central districts of Kahramanmaraş province in the 2020-2021 academic year. In the research, "Meaningful Work Scale", "Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale" and "Personal Information Form” were used as data collection tools. As a result of the research it has been observed that there is a statistically high level of significant relationship between teachers' levels of finding their jobs meaningful and their organizational citizenship behavior. On the other hand, the level of teachers' meaningful work and organizational citizenship behavior were found to be statistically significant at a high level. In addition, it was examined whether the levels of meaningful work and organizational citizenship behavior perceptions of teachers differed according to demographic variables such as gender, marital status, age, branch, type of duty and school type. The level of teachers' meaningful work perception shows a significant difference according to the branch variable the level of teachers' organizational citizenship perception showed a statistically significant difference according to the type of duty.
