In this study, employees’ perception about culture and by the level of perception of it how they show citizenship behavior and commitment and among the relationships of these variables. In the literature, these areas and effects of each others have been studied for several times, these relationships of three Organizational Behavior variables are restudied in depth and a contribution to this field is targeted. 196 public employees ,who are employed in a branch of a ministry in Ankara, constitute the sample of the study. Survey method has been used by picking up the data. Related data were collected between May and June in 2016. “Organizational Culture Scale” by Goffee and Jones, “Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale” by Organ and “Organizational Commitment Scale” by Jaworski and Kohli have been used as measuring instruments that their reliability and validity were determined in former studies. To test hypotheses, regression and correlation analyses had been applied. Findings show that, perceived organizational culture affects citizenship behavior positively and in weak level, organizational commitment affects citizenship behavior positively and in medium level and perceived organizational culture affects commitment positively and in weak level through all significant as statistically.
