Abstract:

Almsgiving is a kind of charity which besiges the whole Muslim community besides its being a woship for rich Muslims. As is well known the rich Muslims %2.5 of their belongings by putting aside their essential needs from that belongings to the places and people which the Qur’an anticipates without hoping to take it back. Every kinds of goods which has a character of increase economically. The Qur’an and the tradition of the Prophet Muhammad have already determined in which goods and in which rate rich Muslims need to pay their almsgiving. The question of paying almsgiving of new income sources which was not found in the Qur’an and the Traditon has been tried to be solved by the interpretations of Islamic Lawyers. In this issue the Muslim jurisds have been producing different views.
