Bu araştırma ile amatör futbolcuların görev ve ego yönelimlerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmaya Osmaniye ilindeki 1.ve 2. amatör futbol ligi büyükler kategorisinden 124, U-19 kategorisinden 33, U-17 kategorisinden 51, U-16 kategorisinden 88, U-15 kategorisinden 40, U-14 kategorisinden 57, U-13 kategorisinden 33 olmak üzere toplamda 426 amatör erkek futbolcu gönüllü olarak katılmışlardır. Araştırma için bilgilerin elde edilmesinde sporda Görev ve Ego Yönelimi ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin homojenliği ve varyansları test edilmiş, farklılığın belirlenmesinde One Vay Anowa, farklılığın kaynağının tespit edilmesinde ise Tukey testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre amatör futbolcuların görev ve ego yönelimlerinde; eğitimi durumu, spor yapma yılı değişkenlerine bağlı olarak futbolcular arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmazken (p>0,05), yaş ve oynadıkları lig kategorilerine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılıklar bulunduğu (p<0,05) ve amatör futbolcuların görev yönelim değerlerinin daha ön planda olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This research is aimed at assessing the tasks and ego orientations of amateur footballers in terms of various variables. The study included 124 amateur football players from the major category, 33 from the U-19 category, 51 from the U-17 category, 88 from the U-16 category, 40 from the U-15 category, 57 from the U-14 category, 33 from the U-13. The scale of Mission and Ego Orientation in sports was used to obtain information for research. The homogenity and variations of the data were tested, the difference was determined by One Vay Anowa and the source of the difference was tested by Tukey. According to the research findings, in the mission and ego orientations of amateur footballers; in the training status, there are no statistically significant differences between footballers (p>0,05), statistically significant differences according to the age and league categories they play (p<0,05) and the mission orientation values of amateur footballers are more in the forefront.
