Abstract:

Yapılan çalışmanın amacı, Örgüt Kültürü (ÖK) ile Örgütsel Yenilikçilik (ÖY) değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkide Örgütsel Öğrenme (ÖÖ) değişkeninin aracılık rolünün olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Söz konusu çalışmada kullanılan veriler, bir ünivesite hastanesinde 600 personeline uygulanan üç adet ölçek ile toplanmış ve kurulan modelin analizi Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi (YEM) ile test edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma sonucu, ÖÖ'nün ÖK ile ÖY değişkenleri arasında kısmi aracılık rolüne sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Kısmi aracılık etkisi olan değişkenlerin arasındaki ilişkiler ile ilgili olarak yapılan Sobel Testi sonucunda ÖK ile ÖY değişkenleri arasında ilişkinin anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu ve kısmi aracılık etkisinin olduğu teyit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

The aim of the study is to determine whether the variable of Organizational Learning (OC) has a mediation role in the relationship between the Organizational Culture (OC) and the Organizational Innovation (OC). The data used in this study was collected in three scales applied to 600 staff in a unit hospital and tested with the analysis of the model established by the Structural Equality Modeling (YEM). The result of the study was the conclusion that the OECD has a partial intermediate role between OECD and OECD variables. The Sobel Test, which was conducted in relation to the relationships between the variables with a partial mediation effect, confirmed that the relationship between the OECD and the OECD variables is a meaningful relationship and that the mediation effect is partial.
