Abstract:

The aim of this study is to identify the relationships with various demographic and sociological variables of the desires of students to continue their postgraduate career in the tourist guidance program. The research method is preferred in this study.  A total of 22 categories of questions were used on the selected sample. The obtained data and the frequency analysis of the answers were first done, then the opinions on the students' aspirations to continue their career and the relationships between a number of variables were evaluated by a multi-compatibility analysis. The findings of the study found that girls students don’t want to continue their careers and are unstable. Students who want to continue their careers have selected the department unwanted, and students who want to continue their careers have selected voluntarily. Through multiple adaptation analysis, students' desires to continue their careers are associated with the multi-variants being dealt with. Important results have been achieved to be taken into account in the context of demographic and social variables.
