Abstract:

Teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte küresel bir köy hâline gelen dünyada dil öğretimi olduk- ça önemli bir hâle gelmiştir. Son yıllarda özellikle birçok Arap ülkesiyle aramızdaki vizeler kaldırılmış, ticarî ve turistik faaliyetler canlanmıştır. TRT, 24 saat Arapça yayın yapan bir kanal açmıştır. Dolayısıyla ülkemizde Arapça bilen elemana ihtiyaç artmıştır. Bu makalede yabancı dil öğretimi, yabancı dil öğretiminde kullanılan yöntemler ve ülkemizde yabancı bir dil olarak Arapça öğretiminin dünden bu güne geçirdiği safhalar ele alınacak, sonuç kısmında ise yabancı dil öğrenimi üzerine değerlendirme yapılacaktır.
