So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

In organizations, it focuses on individual capabilities and positive capacities that can be developed and managed to improve performance. In this context, questionnaires are conducted in 9 state hospitals in Tokat city center and districts and 520 questionnaire forms are included in the evaluation. According to the findings of the study, it is determined that positive psychological capital is high in all sub-dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, endurance). It is determined that self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and endurance differ significantly according to the gender variable; self-efficacy differs according to the age variable; hope, optimism and endurance differ according to service time variable. On the other hand, positive psychological capital sub-dimensions do not differ significantly according to the marital status, title and educational background variables.
