Abstract:

The purpose of our study is not only to explore the "existence" but also to endeavour to understand and explain the historical existence, the characteristics and processes it contains. To systematically study a personality, it is also necessary to explore the conditions of society. Therefore, it is essential to evaluate man not just as an individual, but as a part of society. As a result of this, he is a person who has influenced the society as a person and is under the influence of the society. It is clear that his activities and works carry the characteristics of a certain period. Shemsettin Sami is an influential person outside the Turkish and Albanian world. Especially in the period of nationality, it is a name that has lived. In this study, in accordance with all these environments, conditions and processes, the idea of nationalism of Shemsettin Sami was sought to be understood and explained, to contribute to the literature concerned.
