Abstract:

Reading-writing preparation works are one of the events involved in pre-school education and are activities carried out with the aim of supporting children's adaptation to primary school and preparation levels. With these activities, children are prepared to read and write. Pre-school teachers do preparation work to read and write as well as support their social, emotional, mathematical, scientific and self-reliance skills for preparation for primary school. Some teachers read and write books, paper, pen, etc. for their preparation work. He tries to print books to children and frequently puts them on the linework. However, preparation for school is a long process that covers the development of many skills. This study was conducted with the aim of revealing teachers' opinions and practices on the subject of read and writing preparation work. The data was obtained by conversations with teachers working in the independent kindergarten. The research has found that teachers are involved in the work of writing and writing in the framework of read and writing preparations.
