So many results that aren't mine?

Dönüşümcü ve Etkileşimci Liderliğin Örgütsel Sessizlik Üzerine Etkisi: Otel İşletmelerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, etkileşimci liderlik ve dönüşümcü liderliğin örgütsel sessizlik davranışı üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın hedef kitlesini Antalya’daki dört ve beş yıldızlı otel işletmelerinin farklı kademelerinde çalışanlar oluşturmaktadır. Yapılan uygulama sonucunda 391 anket değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, faktör analizi, frekans analizi ve yapısal eşitlik modelinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; etkileşimci liderliğin örgütsel sessizlik üzerinde pozitif yönlü yüksek bir etkisinin olduğu, dönüşümcü liderliğin ise örgütsel sessizlik üzerinde negatif yönlü yüksek düzeyde bir etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.   Anahtar Kelimeler: Dönüşümcü ve Etkileşimci Liderlik, Örgütsel Sessizlik, Otel İşletmeleri

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the impact of interactive leadership and transformative leadership on organizational silence behavior. The target audience of the research is the staff in different stages of the four and five-star hotel companies in Antalya. The results of the survey were 391. In the analysis of data, the factor analysis, the frequency analysis and the structural equality model have been used. The study found that interactive leadership has a high positive impact on organizational silence, while transformative leadership has a high negative impact on organizational silence.   Keywords: Transformative and Interactive Leadership, Organizational Silence, Hotel Business
