So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

“Skoutlosis Technique”, began to be applied in Roman period and it became perfection to cover the building with stone plates during the Byzantine period. For this reason, Byzantine architects have studied the structures of the stones meticulously in order to give aesthetic appearance to the buildings and they ornemented them with the highest quality decorations. These patterns, which were observed in the ancient buildings of Istanbul, added a distinct beauty to the building. In this study, the application of skoutlosis technique and some samples used in some buildings will be mentioned.
