Bir belge ve iccedil;erik analizi ouml;zelliği taşıyan bu ccedil;alışmanın amacı, Coğrafya ouml;ğretim programının kavramsal yapısının belirlenmesidir.nbsp; Ortaya ccedil;ıkacak tablodaki kavramlardan ccedil;arpıcı olan birkaccedil;ının incelenmesi ve sonuccedil;ların bir ouml;nceki programla karşılaştırılmasıdır. Belli bir komisyon tarafından hazırlanmış olan bouml;yle metinler suuml;recin kontroluuml;nuuml; elinde tutma imkacirc;nı vermesi araştırmacıların ilgisini ccedil;ekmesinin birinci nedenidir. Talim Terbiye Kurulu tarafından yeniden oluşturulan Coğrafya Dersi Ouml;ğretim Programı okullarda 2005-2006 eğitim-ouml;ğretim yılından itibaren uygulamaya başlandı. Bundan ouml;nceki Coğrafya Dersi Ouml;ğretim Programını program iccedil;eriği ve ders kitaplarındaki kavramlara gouml;re inceleyerek ortaya konmuş olan "Coğrafya Perspektifimiz" adlı bildiriden sonra, gelinen noktayı gouml;rmek iccedil;in bu kez yeni program incelenmiştir. Souml;z konusu iki programın yaklaşımları arasındaki farklar karşılaştırmayı guuml;ccedil;leştirse de; şimdiye kadar hiccedil; olmadığı gibi, yeni coğrafya programı Milli Eğitimin son zamanlardaki yaklaşımını esas alınması oldukccedil;a anlamlıdır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Coğrafya, program, kavram, iccedil;erik analizinbsp; ABSTRACT The purpose of the study which is "Document Analysis or Content Analysis" is to determine the conceptual Structure of the Geography Curriculum. It is also the aim of this study to examine some of the notable concepts that would come to the fore in the table obtained and to compare the results with those of previously implemented Geography curricula. Certain texts produced by a certain committee could be the reason of an interest for researchers as these are unobtrusive und closed to external influences. The new curriculum developed by the Ministry of Education was put into practice in schools in the 2005-2006 Academic year. After having presented the paper titled "Our Geography Perspectives" featuring the analysis of contents of the previously implemented curriculum and course books, we examined the new curriculum in order to see the points of departures and new dimensions. Although the differences in these two programs regarding their approaches support our comparisons; it is meaningful for the new curriculum to take into account the new trends adopted by the Ministry to an extent that has never been observed.
