Abstract:

Ouml;ZET Sovyet hacirc;kimiyetiyle birlikte Azerbaycanrsquo;da kouml;kluuml; değişiklikler gouml;ruuml;lmeye başlanır. Souml;zuuml; edilen değişim dilde de kendisini gouml;sterir. Bu douml;nemde, Rusccedil;arsquo;dan Azerbaycan Tuuml;rkccedil;esine yeni kelimeler girerken birccedil;ok eser de Rusccedil;a yayımlanır. Aynı zamanda bazı okullarda eğitim ouml;ğretim Rus dilinde yapılır. Bu suuml;reccedil;le birlikte, Rusccedil;a-Azeri Tuuml;rkccedil;esi, Azeri Tuuml;rkccedil;esi-Rusccedil;a souml;zluuml;klere ihtiyaccedil; duyulur. Rusccedil;arsquo;nın ouml;neminin her geccedil;en guuml;n arttığı o douml;nemde souml;zuuml; edilen souml;zluuml;kler hazırlanır. Bu tuuml;r souml;zluuml;klerin en ouml;nemlisi, 1928 yılında yayımlanan ve Azerbaycan sahasında ldquo;ilk muuml;kemmel luuml;gatrdquo; olarak nitelendirilen Rusccedil;a-Tuuml;rkccedil;e souml;zluuml;ktuuml;r. ABSTRACT Together with the Soviet administration fundamental changes are seen in Azerbaijan. Language is also affected by this change. New words from Russian enter Azerbaijani. Besides many works are published in Russian. At the same time Russian becomes the means of education at some schools. Thus dictionaries of Russian-Azerbaijani, and Azerbaijani- Russian are needed. The importance of Russian increases so those dictionaries are prepared. The most prominent of these dictionaries is Russian-Turkish dictionary which is called lsquo; rsquo; the first perfect dictionaryrdquo; in the field of Azerbaijani, published in 1928.
