Abstract:

The concept of cryptocurrency that has come to us in recent years has become a new alternative exchange tool for everyone. Unlike the classic understanding that money continues to exist as a means of hand-to-hand exchange, this digital economy that is faced with us has started to quickly attract people’s interest. Of course, although this new structure has many risks, the high returns that crypto currencies have recently gained pushes investors looking for new investment products toward crypto currencies and thus toward their goals to higher returns. The countries have not yet entered into an effective regulation regarding these digital currencies. But in some Asian countries (South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines) four major stock exchange companies have been opened. Not only in these countries, the interest in this world is increasing. Considering that many transactions in the world are made over the dollar, is the main objective possible to make a safer transaction and get profits? He gained more interest in his searches. In our research, expressing the cryptocurrency, the subtitles of it will be examined. Also sharing views on the expectations for the future of the cryptocurrency, we will explain in the subsequent process how large these currencies can develop and what can be done. In other words, it will be discussed whether cryptocurrency can be an alternative currency in the financial system.
