BİR ALTERNATİF KANAL OLARAK İNTERNET BANKACILIĞININ TEKNOLOJİ KABULLENME MODELİ İLE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract:

Günümüzde iletişim ve bilgi teknolojilerinde yaşanan hızlı gelişim küreselleşme sürecindeki hızın ivme kazanmasını da beraberinde getirmiştir. Dünyada yaşanan bu hızlı küreselleşme süreci bankacılık sektöründeki alternatif dağıtım kanallarının lokomotif unsurlarından biri olan İnternet bankacılığını da etkisi altına almaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı İnternet bankacılığı bireysel banka müşterilerinin algılarının teknoloji kullanma niyetine olan etkilerini incelemektir. Araştırmada algılanan fayda, algılanan kullanım kolaylığı, algılanan sistem performansı, algılanan kişisellik ve güvenlik, algılanan eğlence ve davranışa yönelik niyet değişkenlerini içeren Teknoloji Kabullenme Modeli kullanılmıştır. Literatür taramasından uyarlanmış olan maddeler araştırmaya dahil edilerek hazırlanmış olan anket, Ankara ilinde bulunan toplam 1080 adet banka müşterisine uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada bireysel İnternet bankacılığı müşterilerinin teknoloji kullanımlarına yönelik niyetlerini temel alan hipotezlere dayalı bir araştırma modeli ortaya konulmuştur. Anket verilerinin istatistikî analizleri SPSS Statistics 22 ve SPSS Amos 21 Programları kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Bulgular, İnternet bankacılığı müşterilerinin İnternet bankacılığı teknolojisini kullanım niyetinin algılanan kullanım kolaylığı, algılanan fayda, algılanan kişisellik ve güvenlik ile algılanan eğlence tarafından belirlendiğini göstermektedir.

Today’s rapid development in communication and information technologies has also brought the speed in the process of globalization to gain impulse. This rapid globalization in the world also affects Internet banking, which is one of the locomotive elements of the alternative distribution channels in the banking sector. The aim of this study is to explore the effects of the perceptions of individual bank customers on the intention to use technology. The research has used the Technology Acceptance Model, which includes detected benefits, detected usability, detected system performance, detected personality and security, detected entertainment and behavior intention variables. The survey, which was prepared by incorporating materials adapted from the literature scan into the research, was applied to a total of 1080 bank customers located in Ankara. The study has shown a research model based on hypotheses based on the intentions of individual Internet banking customers to use technology. The statistical analysis of the survey data was made using SPSS Statistics 22 and SPSS Amos 21 Programs. The findings show that the intention of Internet banking customers to use Internet banking technology is determined by the user’s ease of use, the user’s benefit, the user’s personality and the security of the entertainment.

The questionnaire, prepared by including the points recieved from the literature review into the research, was applied to 1080 bank customers located in city of Ankara. In order to test the intentions of individual Internet banking customers for technology use, a research model based on hypotheses was introduced. Statistical analysis of the survey data was done by using SPSS Statistics 22 and SPSS Amos 21 Programs. The findings show that Internet banking customers' intention to use Internet banking technology is determined by perceived ease of use, perceived benefit, perceived personality and security and perceived entertainment.
