Abstract:

Purpose: This study aims to create a experimental model of acute and chronic bakery toxicity in the pentahydrate of copper sulfate and the study of clinical, macroscopic and microscopic findings. In the study, 30 cylinders were divided into two trial groups [(Actual Group (Group I), n: 10 - Chronic Group (Group III), n: 10)] and two control groups [(Actual Control Group (Group II), n: 5 - Chronic Control Group (Group IV), n: 5)]. For fish in Group I, 2 mg/L were administered for 5 days and for fish in Group III, 0.5 mg/L of bakery sulfate pentahydrate for 21 days. In the macroscopic study, the liver in Group I was swollen and conjunctive. The respiratory stains are full, and the intestines are hyperemic. In Group III, he observed the opening of the color of the liver. The skin was thin, and the surface was covered with mucus. The most notable microscopic discovery in group I was found in the liver. Negrotic changes in epithelials were detected along with degenerations, swelling, hyperemia and vascular lesions in the epithelials. In the kidneys, tubulus epithelials were common degenerations and eosinofyl hyalin drops in varied sizes in epithelial cytoplasms. Degenerations in hepatosites were widely observed in Group III, where bakery sulfate pentahydrate was given in low doses. In all the cases, he noted that the nuclei of hepatosites were in the vesicular appearance. The hyperplasia resulted in clotters very clearly. Hydropic degeneration was observed with an increase in mucous cells in the epidermis of the skin. Recommendation: As a result, it is recommended that the amount of bakery sulphate pentahydrate in the water in the crop is taken into account in the crop cultivation.
