Abstract:

“Globalization” is the most important structure of the new economic order, economic, social, political, cultural, etc. It is effective in many areas. The most important result of this new system, which is structured by globalization, is that all national states will be driven into long-term relations with other national states and international institutions and organizations. But this process prepares the ground for the change and evolution of many national structures, institutions and concepts, and above all, for the extinction of the “national state” phenomenon. In this context, the study studies the contents of the sovereignty right, the most important buildingstone of the traditional national state understanding of the process of globalization, and the transformation and change that occurs in the process of implementation in the economic sense.
