Abstract:

Penetrating eye injuries can cause various findings depending on the localization, size and nature of the body. However, rarely the GYC can remain silent for years without causing any complaints. In this study we present the fact of an eye-individual body that we detect in a patient with a cataracts that causes frequently repeated pre-evitation after 13 years of trauma. The 31-year-old male patient has been present for two years in the form of left-looking vision deficiency and attacks developing pain, redness, light sensitivity complaints and eye diseases to the clinic. Nearly 15 years ago, a ceramic or porselen-like body exploded with a left eye injury. In the front segment examination, the left favourite hour 2 was present with minimal nefelion in the peripheral cornea, a peripheral iris defect in 2x1 mm sizes, a grade 2 cell reaction in the front room, and the back subcapsular cataract. In the orbital computer tomography inspection in the 3x2mm dimensions located in the rear polar inside the left glob, a hypertense foreign object was detected. In the unexplicable causes of uveitis, the patient, especially in the child and youth age group, should always bear in mind the possibility of an intrinsic stranger body.
