Kur’ân-ı Kerim yüce Allah’ın (c.c.) son Peygamber Hz. Muhammed’e (s.a.v.), Cebrail (a.s.) aracılığıyla gönderdiği son semavî Kitaptır. Kur’ân-ı Kerîm İslâm dininin birinci ve temel kaynağıdır. İlk olarak Kur’ân-ı Kerîm Efendimiz (s.a.v.) tarafından ashâbına, ashâb-ı kirâm tâbiîn’e, tâbiîn tebe-i tâbiîn’e ve onlardan da günümüze kadar nesilden nesile öğretilerek aktarıla gelmiştir. Kur’ân’ın nüzulünden bugüne hangi coğrafyada olursa olsun Kur’ân eğitim ve öğretimine aralıksız devam edilmiştir. Bu çalışma son yüzyıl zaman zarfında Afganistan’da Kur’ân ve kıraat eğitimi üzerine bir incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Bu noktada eğitim veren müesseseleri ve bu müesseselerdeki eğitim öğretiminin nasıl olduğunu irdelemeye çalıştık. Bu bağlamda öncelikle konunun merkezinde yer alan Kur’ân eğitim ve öğretimi ile hafızlık müessesesine değindik. Ardından Afganistan’ın eğitim sisteminin kısa bir tarihçesini ele aldıktan sonra ikinci aşamada Afganistan’da Kur’ân eğitimi veren müesseselerin mahiyetini ve güncel durumunu inceledik. Son olarak da Kur’ân eğitimi veren müesseselerde müfredat ve materyal analizinin ardından Afganistan topraklarında yetişen hâfız ve kurrâlardan örnek verdik.

The Quran is the first and fundamental source of the Islamic religion. First of all, the Qur’an is the Qur’an, our Lord. This study has been aimed at a study of the Qur’an and the Qur’an education in Afghanistan over the past century. In this point we tried to figure out how the educational institutions and how the educational institutions in these institutions are. In this context, we first addressed the Qur’an education and teaching in the center of the subject. After discussing a short history of the education system in Afghanistan, in the second stage we looked at the nature and current situation of the institutions that teach the Qur’an in Afghanistan. Finally, we gave examples of the philosophy and the material analysis of the Kur’an teaching institutions in Afghanistan.
