Abstract:

Bu çalışmada müşteri sadakâti kavramı, işletmeler için önemi ve müşteri sadakâtinin kazanılmasında Veri Tabanlı Pazarlamanın kullanımı tartışılmaktadır. İşletmelerin amaçlarına ulaşabilmeleri, sadece müşterilerin ihtiyaçlarını tatmin ederek değil onlara değer sunarak ve müşteri sadâkati kazanarak sağlanabilir. Bu sonucun verimli ve kârlı bir biçimde elde edilmesinde ise Veri Tabanlı Pazarlama yaklaşımının kullanılması gerekmektedir. Veri Tabanlı Pazarlama, müşteri adaylarının tespiti, müşteri veri tabanının oluşturulması, verilerin analizi, koordineli müşteri iletişimi ve bütünleşik pazarlama yaklaşımından oluşan bir süreçtir. Bu süreç sayesinde bireysel müşteri iletişimleri sağlanmakta, müşteriye özgü ürünler geliştirilebilmekte ve müşteri sadâkati kazanma yolunda tüm pazarlama faaliyetlerine yön verilebilmektedir

in this study, the concept of customer charity is important for businesses and the use of data-based marketing in the acquisition of customer charity is discussed to reach the objectives of businesses that are discussed not only by satisfying the customers' needs, and the customer can be achieved by winning charity, this result must be used in an efficient and profitable way, the detection of data-based marketing customer candidates is a process consisting of data analysis coordinated customer communication and integrated marketing approach, thanks to this process, individual customer communication can be developed and managed to develop the products specific to the customer, and to gain all the charity activities in the way, and to be able to develop the market and to achieve individual customer-based marketing communications
