Abstract:

Öz Esmâ-i hüsnâ Allah’ın isimleri için kullanılan bir tabir olup, ismin çoğulu olan esmâ ( أسماء ) kelimesi ile “güzel, en güzel” anlamındaki hüsnâ ( حسنى ) kelimesinden oluşur. Kur’an’da esmâ-i hüsnâ terkibi dört ayette yer alır. Esmâ-i hüsnânın sayısı Ebû Hureyre’den nakledilen hadise dayanılarak doksan dokuz olarak belirlenmiştir. Esmâ-i hüsnânın anlamını şerh ve izah eden pek çok mensur eserin yanı sıra, şairler de bu güzel isimlerle Allah’a münâcâtta bulunmuşlardır. Bu çalışmada esmâ-i hüsnâ hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve ed-Dimyâtî’nin manzum esmâ-i hüsnâ’sı Türkçeye çevrilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Esmâ-i hüsnâ, Münâcât, ed-Dimyâtî. Abstract Esma-i Hüsna is a term used for names of Allah, and consists of word “esma” which is the plural form of “name”, and word “hüsna” which means beautiful, the most beautiful. In Quran, the phrase Esma-i hüsna takes place in four verses. The number of Esma-i hüsna is determined as ninety nine, on the basis of the hadith recounted from Ebu Hureyre. As well as many prose works, which explain and annotate the meaning of Esma-i hüsna, the poets also invocate to Allah with these beautiful names. In this study, information about Esma-i hüsna is given, and Esma-i hüsna, the poetical work by ed-Dimyati is translated into Turkish. Keywords: Esmâ-i hüsnâ, Invocation, ed-Dimyâtî.
