Bu çalışma Stephen Walt’ın tehdit dengesi teorisini kullanarak iki savaş arası dönemdeki antirevizyonist Balkan devletlerinin yani Yunanistan, Romanya, Türkiye ve Yugoslavya’nın İtalya’yı dengeleme çabalarını incelemektedir.
