Abstract:

In recent years, especially in the field of economy there have been significant changes and developments as a result of the competition brought by globalization. Economic problems have arisen, especially due to the spending of developing countries for consumption rather than production and the low incomes. In fact, the most important advantage of these countries is that they have a young generation. Bringing these young people, known as Generation Z, into the economy will be effective in the development of countries. The most important and common characteristics of this generation representative individuals are that they can use technology very well and follow the innovations made. These young people have teh ability to establish social relations thanks to virtual networks. For this reason, it is necessary to give opportunities for them to carry these talents to the international arena and to put new technologies and new entrepreneurial ideas into practice.  The most important feature of entrepreneurship is to take risks. It is an expected result that Z generation young people behave more cautiously because they do not have work experience. In this research, the aspects of young people that support entrepreneurship that will manage the digital era are discussed and the issues related to entrepreneurship that will ensure the participation of Z generation representatives in the business world are examined.
