So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Purpose: This research aims to determine the emotional labor behavior profiles of employees working in the health field in terms of demographic characteristics. Method: The research consists of 432 nurses working in private health boards in Istanbul. The convenience sampling technique was chosen for the collection of research data. An online survey process was carried out to collect the data. Two-step clustering analysis was used to determine the profiles of healthcare workers. Results: As a result of the data analysis, it was concluded that the deep role, superficial role, and natural feelings of nurses changed according to marital status, having children, working style, and assignment style. As a result of the research, two different profiles were reached. It has been concluded that the tendency of nurses to show emotional labor is higher than other nurses because they are married, have children, are on permanent staff, and are assigned voluntarily. Also, it was determined that there were low and moderate relations between the sub-dimensions of emotional labor. Conclusion: As a result of the research, it was concluded that demographic characteristics have an important place in emotional labor behavior. As a result of the study, suggestions were presented in terms of health professionals, lawmakers and researchers.
