So many results that aren't mine?

Havayolu İşletmelerinde Personel Seçimi: Aras Yöntemi ile Bir Uygulama

Havayolu taşımacılığı sektörü, emek yoğun çalışan bir hizmet sektörüdür. Bu nedenle havayolu işletmelerinde işe alım sürecinin titizlikle gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Havayolu işletmelerinde çalışan personeller, hat personeli ve destek personeli olmak üzere iki şekilde gruplandırılmaktadır.  Çalışma kapsamında destek personeli seçiminde göz önünde bulundurulması gereken kriterler değerlendirilerek, çok kriterli karar verme yöntemi olan ARAS yöntemi ile en uygun personelin seçimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. ARAS yönteminde, diğer çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden farklı olarak, seçim için kullanılacak alternatiflerin fayda fonksiyonu değerleri, optimal değer ile karşılaştırılmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, destek personeli seçim kriterleri arasından en önemli kriterin sektörel yeterlilik kriteri olduğu görülmüş ve iş başvurusunda bulunan üçüncü aday bu kriterlere göre en uygun aday olarak tespit edilmiştir.

Personal Selection In Airline Business: A Application With Intermediate Method

Abstract:

The air transport sector is a working-intense service sector. Therefore, the recruitment process in the airline operations must be carried out rigorously. The staff working in the airline companies are grouped in two ways: line staff and support staff.  In the framework of the work, the criteria to be taken into account in the selection of support staff were assessed, the choice of the most suitable staff was carried out by the ARAS method, a multi-criteria decision-making method. In the ARAS method, unlike other multi-critical decision-making methods, the benefit function values of the alternatives to be used for choice are compared with the optimal value. The study found that the most important criterion among the support staff selection criteria was the industry qualification criterion and the third candidate in the job application was identified as the most suitable candidate according to these criteria.
