Bu çalışma, örgütsel bağlılık konusunda yazılmış yüksek lisans tezlerinin bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi yoluyla incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmadaki tezler 2014-2019 yılları arasında yoğunlaştığından, bu yıl aralığı seçilmiş ve belirli parametreler doğrultusunda incelenmiştir. Bu parametreler; ‘tezlerin erişim izni durumu’, ‘tezlerin yazıldığı dil’, ‘tezlerin yayınlandığı yıllar’, ‘tez yazarlarının cinsiyeti’, ‘tez danışmanlarının unvanı’, ‘tezlerin yayınlandığı üniversite’, ‘tezlerde ele alınan konu’, ‘tezlerin yayınlandığı anabilim dalı’, ‘tezlerin sayfa sayısı’, ‘tezlerin araştırma yöntemi’ ve ‘tezlerin örneklem büyüklüğü ortalamasıdır’. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler SPPS 23 istatistik programına aktarılarak, verilerin frekans ve yüzde analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda tezlerin en çok Türkçe dilinde yazıldığı, yıllara göre tez adetleri incelendiğinde, en fazla tezin 2018 yılında yazılmış olduğu, konu ile ilgili tezlerde daha çok kadın yazarların yer aldığı, en çok tezin Beykent Üniversitesinde yazıldığı, anabilim dalı olarak en fazla işletme alanında olduğu, iş tatmininin örgütsel bağlılıkla en fazla ilişkilendirilen konu olduğu bulgulanmıştır. Çalışma, süre kısıtı açısından yalnızca 300 adet yüksek lisans tezi ve on bir parametreyle sınırlı tutulmuştur. Gelecekte konu ile ilgili yapılacak çalışmalarda, doktora tezleri de çalışmaya eklenebilir. Ayrıca amaç, atıf sayısı, örneklem grubu gibi parametreler de eklenerek çalışmanın genişletilebileceği ve ilgili alan yazınına katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
This study aims to study the written master's theses on organizational commitment through the bibliometric analysis method. Since the theses in the study were concentrated between the years 2014-2019, this year the range was selected and studied according to specific parameters. These parameters are: 'the status of access permission of the texts', 'the language in which the texts are written', 'the years in which the texts are published', 'the gender of the texts' writers', 'the title of the texts' consultants', 'the university in which the texts are published', 'the topic addressed in the texts', 'the branch in which the texts are published', 'the number of pages in which the texts are published', 'the method of research of the texts' and 'the average size of the sample of the texts'. The data obtained in the study was transmitted to the SPPS 23 statistical program, the data frequency and percentage analysis were carried out. The results of the analyses were found that the most of the theses were written in Turkish, when the theses were studied according to the years, the most of the theses were written in 2018, the most of the women writers were involved in the theses related to the subject, the most of the theses were written in the University of Beykent, the most of the business fields as a branch of maternity, the job satisfaction was the subject most related to organizational commitment. The study was limited to only 300 master's theses and eleven parameters in terms of time limit. In future studies on the subject may be added to the doctor's theses. It is also believed that by adding parameters such as the purpose, the number of references, the sample group, the work could be expanded and contributed to the relevant field writing.
