Abstract:

This research covers the socio-economic analysis of the companies that operate milk livestock in the Fisheries or Irindi district. The data used in the study were obtained from the companies that manufacture milk in the Ivrindi Province of Fisheries. The population of the enterprises involved in the field of study was determined to determine the data to be used in the study and then the sampling method was taken to be used more effectively in terms of material and time. The Neyman Method identifies how many examples will be taken from the universe. This method has been determined to create a sample volume of 104. After the determination that the population is not homogeneous, homogeneity was secured by dividing the number of cows they own into three groups according to the frequency distribution. The data used in the survey was obtained by the survey method from 104. The data belongs to the production period of 2017-2018. The economic and technical analyses performed have been evaluated separately for both business size groups and for the average of all. The population-working conditions of enterprises, capital structures and net, business, turn-up capital rates have been studied. The capital structures of the revised enterprises are classified according to the functions of the capital in a way that will be based on the balance sheet process. The review found that the assets they own were sufficient to pay their short, medium and long-term debts and that they would not have any difficulty in paying. In terms of population-working, the number of animals in the researched enterprises increases and the number of workforce available in the enterprise increases.
