Abstract:

Today, have to develop many strategies such as reduction or unification in increasing competition conditions. These strategies can reduce employee uncertainty. The attitude of employees who feel uncertainty about their work and their future and their intentions to leave work can also be affected negatively. This study aims to analyze the role of the agent of uncertainty in the relationship between employment and the intention of leaving the job.The research data were collected by the online survey method from 361 taxi drivers operating in the province of Istanbul. The analysis found that employment levels have a meaningful and negative impact on the intentions to leave and uncertainty in the workplace, and that employment uncertainty levels have a meaningful and positive impact on the tasks to leave. It is also determined that uncertainty in the work has a partial role in the interaction between employment and the intention to leave the work. Today, when the importance of labour for enterprises increases, it is believed that the gap in literature will be filled because there is no work that shows the role of an instrument of uncertainty in the relationship between employment and the intention to leave the job.
