So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu araştırma bankacılık sektöründe çalışan bireylerin demografik özelliklerinin, Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışlarına etkisini ortaya koyma amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı alt boyutları ile birlikte incelenmiştir. Söz konusu alt boyutlar, özgecilik, vicdanlılık, nezaket, centilmenlik ve sivil erdem olmak üzere 5 tanedir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, cinsiyet, medeni durum, sahip olunana çocuk sayısı, hiyerarşik konum ve çalışılan kurum ile hem genel örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında hem de örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının alt boyutları arasında anlamlı ilişkiler ortaya çıkmıştır.
