Abstract:

The concepts of extinction and organizational commitment are the concepts that are often studied and discussed in different professions and different examples, being addressed separately. In this study, both concepts were discussed together and examined in the examples of accounting professionals. The main question of the study is whether changes in the level of organizational commitment have an impact on exhaust. According to the results obtained, the negative relationship between the emotional low dimension of organizational commitment and the emotional extinction dimensions of exhaust is found. The positive relationship between the continuous commitment of organizational commitment and the dimension of emotional exhaust of exhaust has also been found meaningful. According to these findings, the emotional commitment of accounting professionals increases the feeling of exhaust, and the continued commitment increases the feeling of exhaust.
