Bu araştırma, halk dansları eğitimi gören öğrencilerin imgeleme ve optimal performans duygu durumu düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkilere ulaşmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2018-2019 yılında Bartın Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu’nda öğrenim görmekte olan ve halk dansları eğitimi gören öğrenciler (n=552) oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise bu öğrenciler arasından tesadüfi örneklem seçme yöntemiyle belirlenen 149 [n(erkek)=91, n(kadın)=58] öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Sporda İmgeleme Envanteri (SİE)” ve “Durumluluk Optimal Performans Duygu Durumu Ölçeği (DOPDDÖ)” kullanılmıştır. Analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi 0.05 olarak alınmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, İmgeleme alt boyutları ile optimal performans duygu durumu alt boyutlarından elde edilen sonuçların amaca yönelik tartışılması ile imgeleme alt boyutları ile optimal performans duygu durumu alt boyutları arasında pozitif yönlü, anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcı öğrencilerin yaş değişkeni ile imgeleme ve optimal performans duygu durumu alt boyutları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Katılımcı öğrencilerin cinsiyet değişkenini ile optimal performans duygu durumu ölçeği alt boyutlarının ortalama puanları arasında istatistiksel anlamda farklılık bulunamamıştır. Ancak, sporda imgeleme envanterinin motivasyonel genel uyarılmışlık alt boyutu ile cinsiyet değişkeninin ortalama puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Gelir düzeyi değişkeni ile imgeleme envanterinin motivasyonel özel imgeleme ve motivasyonel genel - uyarılmışlık alt boyutları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur.
This study was conducted with the aim of achieving the relationships between the levels of imagination and optimum performance of students who are studying public dances. The universe of research was formed by students who are studying at the University of Bartin Physical Education and Sports High School in 2018-2019 and who are studying in public dances (n=552). The sample of the study was formed by 149 [n(man)=91, n(woman)=58] students who were identified by random sample selection method among these students. As a data collection tool in the study, the researcher developed "Personal Information Form", "Sports Enrollment Reserve (SIE)" and "Stop Optimal Performance Emotional Status Scale (DOPDDÖ)" used. The value of the analysis is 0.05. According to the research results, a positive, meaningful relationship between the imitation subdimensions and the optimum performance emotional state subdimensions and the objective discussion of the results obtained from the subdimensions and the imitation subdimensions and the optimum performance emotional state subdimensions has been identified. There was no significant difference between the age variation of the participating students and the imitation and optimal performance emotional state of the lower dimensions. There was no statistical difference between the gender variable of the participating students and the average scores of the lower dimensions of the scale of optimum performance emotional status. However, there has been a statistically significant difference between the motivational general stimulation sub-dimensions of the imaging inventory in sports and the average scores of the gender variable. There has been a significant difference between the income level variable and the motivational special imaging and the motivational general - stimulation subdimensions of the imaging inventory.
