Abstract:

The Circuit Property Industry is one of the latest and fast-growing sectors in the international tourism market. In recent years, many people have preferred to buy real estate as an alternative to accommodation in the hotel. The purpose of this research is to identify how circular property systems are evaluated by managers and identify the problems related to human resources that are faced in the system's operation. For this purpose, 6 circular property/vacation facilities operating in Afyonkarahisar have been thoroughly interviewed with the manager and/or owners. Manual assessments, using the visual analysis technique, included the most explicit quotes to the participants' speech. According to the results obtained, the most common problems with human resources are the high rate of staff transfer due to reasons such as the lack of sufficient number and qualification of staff, work difficulties, wage insufficiency and the failure to pay regular wages.
