So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Kişilik ve kişiliğin birey yaşamındaki etkileri yüzyıllardır merak edilen bir konu olmuş ve bu alanda birçok görüş öne sürülmüştür. Bu görüşlerden biri de “Huy Kalıpları” dır. Huy Kalıpları, bireyi tanıma ve bireye en uygun mesleği sunabilme konularında bilgi sunmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın odak mesleği ise “öğretmenlik” tir. Araştırma, dokuz huy kalıbından biri olan “Değişiklik huy kalıbını öğrencilerin kullanma düzeylerini belirlemeye yönelik analitik bir çalışmadır. Buna göre, araştırma 2013-2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında, Ahi Evran Üniversitesi’nde okuyan 423 eğitim fakültesi öğrencileri üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Veriler, adayların cinsiyet, okudukları bölüm ve sınıf seviyelerine göre incelenmiştir. Adayların cinsiyet ve okudukları bölüme göre anlamlı bir fark bulunmazken, sınıf seviyeleri yükseldikçe değişiklik huy kalıbı kullanma düzeyi düşmektedir.

An Analytic Study To Determine The Using Level Of Change Pattern Of Teacher Candidates

Abstract:

For centuries, character and the effects of character on individuals have been a curiosity subject and many beliefs have been asserted. One of these beliefs is, “People Patterns”. People Pattern offers, recognizing individuals and helping them to find the most suitable job for them. And the focus job of this research is “Teaching”. This research is an analytic study for determining using level of Change Pattern that is one of nine Patterns, between teacher candidates. According to this, research was carried out on 423 faculty of education students at Ahi Evran University in 2013-2014 academic year. Data was evaluated according to sex, class level and departments of teacher candidates. A meaningful difference was not found according to their sexes and departments. However, it is found that; as their grades get higher, their “Change Pattern” using levels get lower. This may be related to education system of the faculty and university life
